That is why we only source our lamb products from the Q Lamb Alliance and Hillside abattoirs, as they not only have an excellent reputation but have put a quality assurance programme in place to ensure they supply only the finest quality lamb from the best producers.

We are therefore able to supply our customers with Aus-Meat Standard and other cuts developed by the Q Lamb Alliance. Below we list just a few examples of the most commonly ordered cuts but we are able to supply everything from full carcases to customised cuts.
